Our aim is to achieve the following objectives:
• Recruit staff with the appropriate skills, both technical and personal, in order to meet the client expectations.
• To ensure that staff, appointed to posts, is qualified to carry out such duties or are working towards a successful project completion.
• Work to a fair and effective recruitment procedure, which is consistent with employment legislation, where all legal, financial & practical responsibilities related to the candidates are fulfilled either in Egypt or abroad.
• Cover all candidates with medical, life and accident insurance policies.
• Provide Candidates with direct experience with C.S.I.
We are presenting for our clients supervisors & technicians whom have previous experience in C.S.I with international construction companies for various industrial projects.
C.S.I also can carry on all legal, financial & practical responsibilities related to our recruitments either in Egypt or abroad.
